Sunday at the Pool
If there were skeptics out there, which I admit I was one, that thought this whole Mccarren Pool thing would be kinda gross/a bust, we may all rest assured that it is an absolute hit. Great space, lots to do, excellent music. I plan on trying to make it out there every weekend I'm around this summer. Props to Stereogum, Jelly and the rest of those involved for getting together a great show. Les Savy Fav is the standard bearer for so many things that have come up in music over the last decade, and seeing them in top form at such a unique venue was a total treat.
