Scissor Sisters at Mercury Lounge. As advertised. I'll let the blurry pictures speak for themselves... (More on flickr)
Here's a little shaky video clip I took too:
Scissor Sisters - Comfortably Numb (right-click/save)
UPDATE: Ok, some deets...As mentioned in the comments, they played 6 new songs and 6 old ones. They were a ton of fun, obvs. I was bouncing around and dancing. It's impossible to stand still with these guys...explains the extra shaky quality of the video. Ana Matronic kept her hippie soapbox rants to a minimum...mentioning how NYU bought CBGB's (really?) and something about how we treasure history too much. Jake Schears is adorable. Anderson Cooper (my favorite!) was standing behind me in line outside. This is the second time I've spotted him at a Scissor Sisters show.
We want details!
