I don't know how they manage to, year round, keep my office so fucking uncomfortable. During the winter it was unbearably hot. Now I am literally shivering.
Just listened to the NPR feed of the Bloc Party this morning. Sounded pretty good, albeit not too different from the other shows I had seen. Sorta wish I went to see them this week, but glad I avoided the night I had tickets to. Sounded like an awful time.
Anyway, it seems that NPR does these concert things every so often. Poking around, I saw they've got Interpol w/ Blonde Redhead, a Wilco set and The Decemberists live, as well as, of course, The Magnetic Fields. Who know public radio could be such an entertaining resource?? Apparently not the Republican Majority of Congress... Puh.
